.Set up a 4-foot board between the two long sheets at each one end of the sheets.

.Embed a prop at each inside corner of the edge. Drill screws through the gaps of the supports into the wood to make support at the corners. This makes a stronger edge to suit weight.

.Join the sheets to the edge by penetrating two screws through the casing into the closures of the sheets. This makes a stronger system and balances out the edge daybed frame .

.Drill pilot openings at each one corner of the edge. Set the casters into the openings then screw them into the edge. Use locking casters to keep the couch from moving.

.Flip the edge over so the casters are on the floor. Lay the sheet of plywood over the edge and line up its edges with the casing.

.Sand down the corners, edges and harsh spots on the edge and paint or stain the daybed frame .Paint or stain the whole piece. Permit 24 hours for the completion to dry.
